Worse service ever I placed my order and I have waited a week to see my shipping information nothing came so I had to figure out a way to contact someone and the only way was via e-mail and even then I just got a sorry excuse as of why my package has still over a week later not been shipped worse device ever the savings are not that good I much rather go to Ross and get the same clothes probably even cheaper than dealing with any of this nonexistent now I have to figure out a way to get my money back and cancel the order PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ITS BAD NEWS.
I placed an order for overnight shipment. Never got it delivered. Went back and forth with the store and fed ex. Point is... needed this purchase for a funeral. My mother's funeral. Took public transportation to FedEx and back. Was on the phone with ralph lauren and couldn't even get a provional credit. I called FedEx to ship back to shipper. RL IS NOT RELIABLE! I will not be purchasing from your store again

They say they have free returns, but when we tried to return one of the ordered items, we could not get a free USPS return label. After a little angst, they firmly stated the "UPS Ground label" they provided would work. Well, it didn't. However, when I called them back they quickly resolved the issue with the free return to my satisfaction.
Concerning Ralph Lauren, the 90s vibe is gone.
nobody buy their stuff with big logo anymore, and their past vintage merchandise, some of which have better quality compared to their recent production run (some of their recent stuff are decent), keep coming back to hunt them as the vintage items are sold out of people's homes in huge volume for the past 10 years as they fell out of fashion.
in addition, in some liberal places, a big ralph lauren logo is simply too snobby for anybody's good rep.
some say about quality decline, i am not sure.
but one thing that is sure about ralph lauren, no matter how much money you spend on their merchandise, you are going to sell it to someone else for far less due to the overflow of their merchandise on second hand market if it's not brand new.
besides, too many dealers of ralph lauren goods are in the market, making cleaning out half closet worth of ralph lauren goods very difficult unless you are selling it in the 5-10 buck price range.
they are even doing 50-60% off purple label all the time, which is the best proof of their lack of popularity.
i guess like blueberry phones, ralph is the winner of last generation, but not this one.
Awful! Awful! Awful! Returned some items more than a month ago for a substantial amount of money. Called once was told it was received here but sent to warehouse to Italy, so need to sort things there. Called second time a girl promised to chaise the return and come back to me within 24 hours. Never happened. Called third time...Grant put me to UPS? Why ? They can see the order was received. Called 4th time- Gabriel hang up on me!!!?? Called 5th time spoke to Garry who promised me that a refund to be issued today... waiting...a month later.
Terrible! Do not buy online!!
I've had to place three different orders, because FedEx lost two of the packages, but RL has told me they don't do replacement orders and I have to wait for the claims to be processed. NEVER buy from the directly!

Paid for an order on the 16th December 2020 and have not received it (21st January 2021). Paid for, and dispatched. tracked the order, emailed several times and still no help. Poor customer service!
Bought a jumper with an estimated delivery of 4 days, over 3 weeks later the jumper still hasn't arrived and the delivery date keeps getting pushed out further and further.
Support channels on offering are slow and ineffective.
Avoid.
Their returns policy!!! They make it about as difficult to use as possible. They do not send, with the order, a Returns Form. Instead you have to contact them and request a Returns Form which then has to be printed and added to the returning order. The Returns then have to be taken to a UPS depot or you have to arrange for UPS to collect.
Get rid of the Dinosaurs and get with this Century.
Online customer service and returns is 20 years out of date....
